The Basics (Local style):
Born and raised in Waianae.  Graduate of Kamehameha.  Bachelors degree in Business from Santa Clara University, Masters degree in Social Work from UH.  A fabulous wife; a perfect mother of 3; and a novice energy worker.  Yes, I'm joking about the "fabulous" and "perfect" parts!

First involved in real estate by managing parents' rental properties over 15 years.   Investing personal time and funds into real estate for the last 5 years.  Made some great real estate investing decisions - and made some absolutely lousy ones!  Learn, learn, learn - won't make those mistakes again.

Strengths:  Real...personable...friendly...that's all a given, I suppose.

My best strengths, when it comes to being a realtor:  I excel at helping people define and reach their goals.  We often are kept from our goals because we're not specific enough for our would-be advisors, family, friends, or "The Universe" to help manifest our desires.

I'm pretty sharp...but I do NOT know it all!  Luckily, I am not afraid to ask questions or for help.  I have access to some extremely experienced and sharp real estate investing minds.  And thankfully, these colleagues are generous with their knowledge.  Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo!

I have an inability to do a job carelessly.  Some might call it professionalism or conscientiousness.  My husband calls it irritating.  When I do something, it will be done well, with exceptional care and integrity.  As a realtor, my job is to understand my client's real estate needs and see that they are met.  If I cannot meet your needs, I will find someone who can.

For me, being a realtor is one aspect of my life's purpose - which is to help people and land thrive.   I also love my time with myself, my family, my personal real estate investments, and my counseling/healing practice.  I love it all!  And have found my life is more rewarding as I've incorporated all of my passions instead of limiting myself to one or two.

I must confess though, I am a terrible salesperson.  I don't do hard sales, I am not pushy and I will never be called upon because I am a "good deal closer."  I believe integrity-filled decisions come out of truthful facts, shared opinions, exchanged ideas and a generous drop of intuition.  I will not lie, withhold or walk a fine line of truth to make a sale happen.

Why are you in Real Estate?
I got into real estate investing to get out of the rat race and make money; generate passive income and support my family.  My purpose in real estate today is more humble.  I have a purpose and opportunity to help unwanted or distressed land find a new owner who is able and willing to improve and invest their positive energies into the property.  If we give to our land, it will give back to us tenfold.
